Review of Mental Health Tribunal Decisions

While on the Human Rights and Ethics subcommittee of the VMIAC board of management, I was involved in overseeing this report, primarily drafted by three Monash University Law Students, in conjunction with Dr Chris Maylea. I’m housing the report here on my website until it is put up on the VMIAC website. It is largely the good work of others rather than myself.
